The handle is attached by riveting and comes with a silicone sleeve to protect chefs' hands against temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Finished with a Solutions Kitchen nonstick coating, this pan promotes efficient movement and sports an 8-inch diameter for smooth plating of crunchy potato latkes or vibrant, pan-fried asparagus. The pan is not dishwasher safe, though it comes with a hanging hole to maximize storage space.
